ATTENTION ALL ASHLAND RANCH HOMEOWNERS’
I’m sure you have all seen the work going on at the entrances and all the subdivision entrances. The Board approved to refresh and enhance these areas to bring a fresh and updated look to the community.
They also will be painting all the gazebos in the parks and all the shade beams as well as the benches.
With that said, they have also approved installing permanent lighting to all entrances for all holidays and lighting for the entrances on non-holiday times. These lights will pay for itself in two years and save the community thousands of dollars in Holiday lighting a year.
Please be patient a little longer. Good and refreshing things are coming to the community!
